The sensitive skin collection from Murad is designed to calm, strengthen, and rebalance reactive skin using gentle, barrier-supportive formulas centered around fermented heartleaf extract. Improving upon their original eczema product formulas, the creative team sought to repackage the existing line while introducing added products to the collection, which includes the Heartleaf Soothing Face Cleanser, Heartleaf Calming Cream, Gentle Glycolic Resurfacing Serum, and Heartleaf Soothing Body Cleanser, all formulated for sensitive and eczema-prone skin.

Murad positions the line as a science-backed regimen that not only provides immediate soothing relief, but also helps fortify the skin barrier over time so skin becomes less reactive and more comfortable with continued use. The products are fragrance-free, alcohol-free, non-stripping, and hypoallergenic, with ingredients like ceramides, microalgae, fermented beta-glucan, and lipid-boosting technology that help reduce redness, dryness, irritation, tightness, and discomfort while improving long-term skin resilience.

Sensitive Content Ahead

Email Waitlist

In order to build anticipation for Murad’s Heartleaf Sensitive Skin Collection, the waitlist email and additional asssets were centered around the tagline “Sensitive Content Ahead.” Product imagery was intentionally blurred to create intrigue and mimic censored content, turning the launch into a visual tease that encouraged curiosity and sign-ups before the reveal. The campaign balanced playful digital culture references with elevated skincare branding, allowing the collection’s focus on sensitive skin to feel modern, memorable, and emotionally relatable while driving engagement through suspense-driven storytelling.
